The Department of Health Services, Policy, Planning, Management and Economics at the School of Public Health is inviting applications for the recruitment of quantitative and qualitative data collectors to support a mixed-method study focused on improving healthcare delivery for smallholder cocoa farming communities in Ghana.

Successful applicants will serve as research assistants and play a vital role in field data collection activities across selected districts, communities, and health facilities in the Bono, Ahafo, and Eastern Regions of Ghana. Fieldwork is scheduled to take place between August and October 2025. Data collectors will work in teams under the supervision of a designated field supervisor.
